This website is operated by Aozora.
Aozora is an online shop based in Japan, offering authentic Japanese products and shipping directly from Japan to Israel.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Shop Policies. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Our store sells exclusively to customers located in Israel.

Order Handling Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within up to 3 business days.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday in Japan, excluding Japanese public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next Japanese business day.


Shipping Method & Fees

Orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post under a personal import framework.

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

  • Free delivery for orders totaling 400₪ or more
  • 80₪ shipping fee for orders totaling below 400₪

The shipping threshold is calculated based on the final product subtotal before any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.

The shipping method within Japan Post services is determined solely by Aozora according to operational and logistical considerations. Customers cannot select a specific shipping service.

Please note:

  • Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • Any such charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 21–28 business days from the dispatch date.

Delivery business days exclude:

  • Weekends
  • Japanese public holidays
  • Public holidays in the destination country

Delivery is handled by the local postal provider in the destination country.

Packages are typically delivered to a nearby collection point linked to the shipping address. Home delivery is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and postal notifications using the provided tracking number.


Delays & Force Majeure

Aozora is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Postal authorities
  • Logistics providers
  • Wars, security events, pandemics
  • Natural disasters
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Products & Availability

We offer a curated selection of Japanese goods, including but not limited to:

  • Skincare, hair care, bath & relaxation products
  • Dry food products (instant curry, snacks, cookies, sauces, spices)
  • Home goods (tea/coffee bottles, bed sheets, kitchen organizers, gadgets)

All products are sourced in Japan.
Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Minor differences in packaging, labeling, or color may occur due to manufacturer updates.

Personal Import Disclaimer (Important)

All orders are shipped from Japan to Israel as personal imports.

Please note:

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or additional fees upon arrival in Israel
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • The customer is fully responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees imposed by Israeli authorities

We strongly recommend ordering reasonable quantities and reviewing Israeli personal-import regulations before purchasing.


Product Restrictions & Regulations

Some products may be subject to Israeli import limitations, including but not limited to:

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Prices do not include:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Customs clearance or handling fees in Israel

Payment must be completed in full at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Non-collection
  • Refusal to pay customs/VAT

Reshipment may not be possible.

If reshipment is available, additional shipping costs will apply.

Refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Aozora and may be subject to product condition and incurred expenses.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs
  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper documentation may not be reviewed.

If the estimated delivery window has passed and the package has not arrived, we will assist in checking with Japan Post and the local postal authority.

In rare and exceptional cases, and solely at our discretion, we may offer:

  • Reshipment
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

However, this is not guaranteed in advance.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, please first check with:

  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Local post office
